All of our meals are made fresh to order. Once you’ve selected a plan, customize your order by choosing the meals that you want to receive. This is the perfect opportunity to select your weekly favourites or try something new!
The perfect post-workout meal, boasting 18g of protein, and 11g of fiber per serving. This hearty bowl is loaded with quinoa, a mighty seed that contains the full range of essential amino acids that are essential for recovery. The addition of collard greens provides essential calcium and iron. THE BUILT is packed with zucchini noodles, kale, and pinto beans, which will keep you feeling satiated and energized. This meal is topped with a creamy, dairy-free ranch dressing.
This Asian-inspired, Keto-friendly meal is packed with nutrient-rich collard greens and cabbage.
Bok choy provides a rich source of phytonutrients and beneficial antioxidants. The star of the show is marinated tempeh, a fermented, easy to digest, plant-based protein. THE NINJA is topped with a delicious ginger and garlic Japanese-inspired dressing.
*Please note: this is our only meal that contains soy.
The ultimate healthy burrito bowl! Fibre-rich quinoa and zucchini noodles form the base of this bowl. Kale, tomatoes, and peppers add colour, anti-inflammatory properties, and antioxidants. THE FIESTA would not be complete without black beans which provide potassium to help strengthen digestive function. The Fiesta is topped with a delicious Italian-style dressing, loaded with flavourful herbs.
Our healthy Caesar salad is loaded with 17g of protein per serving. Nutrient and fiber-dense kale, romaine lettuce, and chickpeas form the base of this bowl. It’s topped with sunflower microgreens and our house-made coconut “bacon.” Hemp hearts add a complete protein which is rich in essential fatty acids and Omegas 3&6. THE CAESAR is paired with a creamy dairy-free Caesar dressing, for a healthy meal that you can feel good about!
This meal boasts 11g of protein per serving and is packed with immunity-boosting greens, and antioxidant-rich broccoli microgreens. THE BALANCE is Keto-friendly and topped with fresh basil, green onions, and sprouted sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Our flavourful, dairy-free poppy seed and onion dressing make for the perfect mix of sweet and savoury!
We’ve elevated the traditional chopped salad with a full-spectrum of protein-rich greens, black beans, sprouted seeds, and hemp hearts. Boasting 14g of protein per serving, it’s the perfect post-workout meal. THE CHOP is topped with fresh dill and a creamy, dairy-free ranch dressing with no shortage of satisfying flavour!
This spicy spiralized zucchini bowl is made with our long-time favourite dairy-free chipotle cheese style sauce that’s always a crowd-pleaser! THE SHRED is topped with our homemade dairy-free parmesan made with hemp hearts, raw pumpkin seeds, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast. This Keto-friendly meal is filled with kale, broccoli microgreens, and sprouted seeds to add a healthy crunch and boost in vitamins. With 17 g protein per serving, this meal is perfect for post-workout or any time of the day.

Of course! Though we are vegan we respect all ways of life. Adding more plant based options to your diet is a great substitute for meat while still getting all the nutrition and body nourishing goodness you need. Plus it is a great way to save the planet and feel good while eating great food!
We don’t believe in crash dieting or any other extreme program. As most experts will tell you being healthy and working towards weight loss goals is best done with a healthy balance diet (diet meaning everything you eat for your whole life not the way the words is often used to describe crash dieting) paired with exercise. We are happy to provide nutrition rich meals to work with you to achieve your goals in the healthiest way possible, but we want to create lifelong partnerships with our customers to nourish them forever and always!
