Here’s all the info you need to get started.
We require 24 hours’ notice for delivery orders under $800 (One week notice for orders over $800). $20 delivery fee, no minimum order amount.
Once you complete your order, we will have it ready and waiting for you at the Pickup Point at your local store (Albert & Metcalfe in Ottawa, and Yonge & Eglinton in Toronto).
Yes, our catering orders include forks, knives, napkins and tongs.
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before your delivery time. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified. For special circumstances please contact us at info@bioraw.ca.
